Gary Myer founded Speedwell Construction, Inc. in 1990 in Manheim, Pennsylvania, with the help of his father-in-law, John Ebersole. Together, they focused on small commercial building construction, but that would change after Keith Ebersole joined the firm as a partner in 1994.
Our construction firm established its initial presence with a CVS on Prince Street in Lancaster, PA in 1996. Since then, we’ve developed a significant partnership with many clients in the Northeast Region. As we’ve expanded into new markets, we’ve prioritized nurturing crucial relationships that uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional value and craftsmanship.
